How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Narrowwear Floor Coating deserve fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Narrowwear Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by writing to the provider. Keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Narrowwear Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@narrowwear.property and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may mean speaking with the provider. Afterward, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle the matter, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
