How Our Network Works
Who Picks Up the Phone
Narrowwear Floor Coating does not have installers on staff. When you reach out, your request goes to an independent provider in our network. That provider is the person you speak with about your floor, your schedule, and your price.
Request a callback to check provider availability.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give a more accurate quote.
- How big is the floor, and is it a garage, porch, or indoor slab?
- Is there old paint, sealer, or coating on it?
- Are there cracks, stains, or spots that stay damp?
- When would you like the work done?
Photos can help. A site visit is common before a final price.
Questions to Put to a Provider
Good questions make quotes easier to compare. Try these:
- How will you prep the concrete, and is it included in the price?
- Which product will you use, and why that one for my floor?
- How does humidity or a storm forecast change the schedule?
- How long before I can walk on it, and park on it?
- What does the written quote cover, and what could add to it?
- Who handles the work, and what does the provider's warranty say, in writing?
Prep drives price, so listen closely to that answer.
Compare Before You Commit
Ask for written quotes from more than one provider if you can. Line up the scope, the product, and the prep side by side. A lower number may leave out steps that a higher one includes.
The Decision Is Yours
Talking to a provider does not obligate you to hire them. Take your time. Say no if the fit is wrong. Say yes only when the quote makes sense to you.
